Photo Services
Need a photo for a passport, immigration ID, professional exam, resume, and/or international student ID?
Color passport-style photos are available in the ID Card Services Office. The cost is $7.00 plus tax for two images.
Digitized images are available for electronic directories or resumes. Individuals can be provided with their image on floppy diskette for $7.00.
Departments may call for release forms, and images may be provided on diskette or via network FTP.
Staff & Faculty Authorization Forms
Ask the department secretary or Office Manager to complete the ID Card Authorization form found below. Completed forms must have an account number or "E&G" checked (not both), or write "Employee will pay". Bring the completed form and a picture ID to the ID Card office to receive your Gator 1 ID Card.
