Pepsi is giving away $15,000 to fund great ideas here at UF, to help us reach our goal of Zero Waste by 2015. The top $10K idea, and the top $5K idea will receive funding.

Improve Game-Day Self Service Stations and Increase Distribution

Gators for a Sustainable Campus

Provide accessible and fan-friendly self-service stations across the UF campus, promoting recycling efforts and giving tailgaters the opportunity to contribute to UF's Zero Waste goals; these portable stations would be easy to set up and store before and after Gator football games.

Gators Going Green

Grant will be used toward a comprehensive educational program and provide recycling stations within the houses on fraternity row.

We hope that the efforts by Fraternity Row residents will inspire other students and student organizations to embrace and engage in efforts to bring UF closer to its 2015 Zero Waste Goals.

Florida Alternative Breaks

If we win the grant, we will use it to significantly reduce the amount of waste we produce as we highlight the efforts and build awareness of UF's Zero Waste goals.
