| Helpful Tips Always use the addressee's full name and the University of Florida PO Box Number for all internal campus mail (see page 3 of the UF Mail Services Users Guide). For outgoing mail, mail processing slips must be completed and accompany mailings. Be sure to provide UF Mail Services with the correct departmental name, account and encumbrance number to be used on your mail processing slips, Form 469 (see page 30 of the UF Mail Services Users Guide). Contact us at 352-392-0629 to ensure your mailing meets the U.S. Postal Service requirements. Mailing Discounts: To qualify for mailing discounts, a minimum of 200 pieces of nonprofit, standard (A) or 500 pieces of first-class mail is required. Address Formats: See page 12 of the UF Mail Services Users Guide for proper address format for mail. You can search for a PO Box Number by using the department name on our PO Box locator. Business reply cards must meet U.S. Postal Service size and format requirements (see page 124 of the UF Mail Services Users Guide for an example). Residence Hall Students: Students living in residence halls should provide their correspondents with their correct mailing address to ensure prompt delivery of their mail (see page 4 of the UF Mail Services Users Guide). When relocating on campus or moving off campus, residence hall students should always complete a change of address form, which may be picked up and returned to your area office. |
