NOTICE:   The Statement of Appeal to the University Hearing Authority for a second level appeal must be filed with Transportation and Parking Services in writing either at our office or online within 30 calendar days from the issuance of the decision regarding the initial appeal.  Before you may request a second level appeal, all citations stated in the request must be paid in full. All second level APPEALS are processed at an in person hearing.  The appellant will be contacted by Transportation and Parking Services to establish an appointment date and time. Requests for continuances of the scheduled hearing date are discouraged, but will be granted only once upon written notification to Transportation and Parking Services of extenuating circumstances justifying a continuance at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing time.  Persons failing to obtain a continuance and who do not appear for their scheduled hearing will forfeit their right to a hearing and shall have their appeal adjudicated upon the record before the Authority.
